DONT MISS OUT ON TONIGHT! Briana Bowley will be giving us an incredible seminar for our community. 4:15pm for kids 6:30pm for adults. Meeting with Briana was one of the best things I’ve ever done for my Jiu Jitsu and life all together. I know you guys will love it!

We have something special planned for you guys! My good friend from down under (Australia), Briana Bowley, will be giving a presentation during comp class and adults class. This girl is NO joke. After my last session with her I ended up winning like 20 matches in a row and winning PANs! She has found a crazy niche of therapy that is specialized for high performing athletes to break past mental constraints, plateaus, barriers, etc that hold athletes back from their peak optimal performance. She has worked with literally some of the best. Famous Bjj athletes, famous UFC/MMA Fighters, famous weightlifters, etc. all the way to famous entrepreneurs. She really knows what she’s doing. I trust her. She’s made a huge difference in my game. She’s been on my podcast. And I’m excited that she wants to give you guys some of her wisdom for competing and performance. It doesn’t only help with Jiu Jitsu, but all areas in life where we need to perform and overcome obstacles that bring us anxiety. Friday, September 13th! Classes all regular schedule. Sorry to put everyone through the emotional roller coaster. Here's the scoop. We found a better solution for the predicament I put myself in. Coach Jade will be heading down to Oklahoma to take care of all the paperwork! I will be staying here in Colorado! Though I am going to miss Coach Jade, this is the best of both worlds. I won't head down to Oklahoma until they need me for more structural building, especially as they begin to hold classes and launch the opening. However, until then (and the entire time while Coach John Ryan is gone) Coach Chad is running class baby! Sorry to be so volatile with my announcements. However, you guys know me. I hope this settles any concerns. Contact me for anything. I am available most the time (when not coaching). I really do love you guys. I am trying to make the most happen for the gym and my family. I appreciate your support while I try to accomplish those things simultaneously. Nevertheless, JIU JITSU WILL CARRY ON AS PLANNED!
