I have some special news🥳…
Hey everyone.. Wow what a journey! A lot of you know but I want to officially announce… I quit the smoothie shop then the same day, I got hired for my first sales role as a setter! It’s been a week since working and wow it's been crazy, surreal, fun, a roller coaster hah all of it. I want to come on here and say this.. Number 1, go for it! If you think you can't.. Go for it, and again and again because whether or not you think you can or you think you can't, you're right. I'm lucky to have been surrounded by all you guys. Being surrounded by people like you gave me the push I needed in key moments. That leads me to number 2.. Thank you. Thank you to all of you sincearly, but especially a select few @Rolissa Rugamba , @Avi Tejeiro , @Brianna Rettis , @Victor Alvarez y'all have been THERE for me thorough and through and 🫶🫶. I not only am grateful for you guys, I know I have mostly made a joke of this but the pain I have been experiencing the health struggles I’ve been experiencing have been honestly.. crushing at times. Especially this past month. I didn't know I could push through I genuinely had to question if I could continue and having you 4 made a world of a difference. Ugh I don't want to get too soppy but you know🫶. 3, @Matt Menton ! This guy! Haha Matt’s the goat. Whether I am panicking, need to have the same thing explained to me a 4th time, or I’m feeling discouraged you have had my back all the way. I couldn't have don't this with out you. @Madison DeCoste , @Matt Menton , @Dylan Asena you guys have created something so special here. I feel lucky to have ended up in this place, and be on this journey with you all! This is a place not only where you learn sales but you become the best version of yourself there is. With that, all the love! New bees, you found the best Sales Academy and community around! 🫶

Hi Everyone! My name is Lylah, and I am from Toronto. I am currently a university student studying cognitive psychology and therapeutic practices. I also love to dance and cook yummy food for my friends and s/o. For this community, I am excited to meet new, motivated people and learn sales by practicing and sharpening my skills with yall! I am so inspired to get into the online sales community and crush it out there!!! Also, I would love to make some new friends along the way :) I have had a little bit of floor sales experience, and I am ready to bring that to the high-ticket world! Tough Week But We're SO Back!
On a personal front, I had a rough week with a family health emergency at home and didn't really have the space to do anything else. I still had my full-time job and I was trying my best to complete my tasks while processing and attending to the situation. I wasn't in any position to attend any of our group calls either. After a week now, things seem to be looking up! My family member is feeling much better and things seem to be slowly getting back to normal. I'm so relieved about it and also so happy to have the time and mental energy to get back on track. Can't wait to get back to doing more mocks this week :)

Phase 1 key takeaways: 🗝️
Covered the fundamentals and also how to succeed + how to fail. For example being lazy, not taking action, not having any goals, and not wanting to improve my skill will guarantee staying stagnant with no progress. On a call, It's important to: - Set a frame right from the start and not let the lead walk all over on me - Have a mindset that I'm there to help not just collect money - Speak less, listen more - Build some rapport in the beginning (small talk - not too much though) I also learned what the most common objections are + if objections come, It usually means I screwed up earlier in the sales process, most likely in the discovery/qualification part - because I didn't find their pain points. Overall, this was an awesome section, covered all the important and basic things to know about sales and setting! :D

The Journey to Consistency & Commitment!
Building a sales skill is challenging if you aren't plugging into the environment, every day. Since joining the community, I haven't been able to be present in the live calls. I saw myself slipping as I struggled to make to make time. Since I've quit management and started my new position, I'm FINALLY able to at least be present for some of the calls! Ya'll - you have no idea how happy this has been making me! Challenges and obstacles will come your way on this journey. Give yourself grace, and then stand right back up! What struggles have you overcome, lately?
