This was helpful. The process forces one to think through to the end state. I now have an idea of where to begin and, more importantly, what the end state may look like although it will undoubtedly go through several iterations.

Overwhelmed with people, etc., doing what I had in mind
Greg, what to do when your "idea" is covered from A to Z by very professional, exceedingly large and well funded groups? I understand that you see that as a positive in that people will pay for the service, but I, literally, don't see myself competing. I am trying to find a much small niche to focus on like "male caregivers to dementia patients living at home."

Building your who
When I write something in Niche 1, box 1(Passion) and then try to write something else in Niche 2, box 1 the entire set of boxes (all 15 of them) file gets filled in with what i wrote in Niche 1, box 1. This makes doing the homework impossible. What am I doing wrong. (I downloaded the file to my cloud storage files)
