@Caimar Salizi primarily used for headphones but it all works very well for speakers too. Most high quality headphones need an amplifier to make them shine or operate to their full potential so that is what the device on the lower left is for, the device on the lower right is used to convert the digital audio signals to analog which will improve the sound quality as we loose a lot of it in digital files. The device on top is an equalizer that I use to fine tune the system to a point near what it would have been on a record or as it was intended to sound like when the music was recorded in the studio. To an untrained ear it may be hard to appreciate the improvements in quality but to me it’s everything. Home audio receives the same attention.

@Caimar Salizi I’m a bit of an audiophile so I made some mid tier upgrades to my desktop audio using components from a US based company called Schiit audio. I went with a amplifier, a digital to analog converter, and a equalizer on top to polish out the sound to my liking

@Caimar Salizi lol my father was an audiophile so I was exposed to high quality audio since I was very young watching movies in surround sound and listening to records in HiFi.
