Thanks for having me. I'm a Realtor with Jack Conway , South Eastern MA market, doing mostly Residential, but now pivoting into the Investor market also. 1.New to investing 2. want to do wholesaling and fix and flip to start. 3.need to master the nuts and bolts of finding & funding deals as you say" learning is doing"
