@C Todd Lombardo It's the same situation when on stage. Learning to adjust your focus to avoid the bright lights is a skill that comes with being forced into those situations.

My challenge is in "preparation." I met a speaker the other day and he said that when he prepares a speech, he thinks about it as an "experience" that he wants to create for each person in the room to "feel" his message and thereby set himself apart. That resonated with me because you taught me to think of the audience differently which improved my on camera videos instantaneously. His description of how he mind mapped the elements he added for his book release speaking engagements helped me see the importance of that pre-work in delivering the best.

I love that you made community participation the requirement to access the excellent content that you created. I think that getting to know each other is likely as important as consuming the content from the classroom. Great work!

I can't wait to welcome new members to the community. I know that they will "find their voice" and express their message the same way that you have helped me do the same. Great work on challenging me to join and play in this community.

I think you would also add your "eye" for messaging in crafting content to match the person delivering the content.... congruency. That is how you helped me on camera... I knew what I wanted to say... but you helped me explore "how to say it" in more ways than I would have on my own in such a short amount of time. So I voted "hells yeah!"
