still thinking about how to handle thanksgiving. obviously i want to win at this challenge, but i also like the holiday food. choices. today was an day of laid backness and resting before i go at it again this week.

If you could give one tip to your past self
You’ve all done what a lot have difficulty doing. You first admitted you had a problem and found the right help and community to turn things around. Now with that being said, It wasn’t pretty for any of us! I know anytime i took a leap of faith It took a while to finally muster up the courage to do It. I also made a ton of mistakes along the way. What’s one piece of advice you would give your past self before fitness became a top priority? Your involvement in this post is going to help in two ways: 1. Sometimes the advice we’d give our past self is the same advice we need to hear in this current moment ! 2. Someone is sitting in that same position you were in before you got started. Your guidance might just be the spark they need to fuel a fire that won’t stop!

i wish i could've told myself to take swimming and diet more seriously, but knowing myself, i wouldn't hear myself at all. i'd have ignored, and continue eating several boxes of pizza/ fried food that was from greek isles. i am losing the pounds for sure, but there's alot of things i wish i could tell myself from the past to avoid 2020 overall. but again, i don't think my past self would listen, because who listens to themselves, even with temptations and stuff? it's the now with future consequences and most of the time, we require the actions now, because the immediate is easier to tackle and push future worries later.
i don't know what day it is, but whatever
i worked out today. having an dinner party currently, and wanting the cheese, but i can't. can't wait for December fifth. did cold shower before workout today.
