I found GHL a few months ago but have been so confused about how to use the tools to start making money. I am SO grateful I found this group. All of the free resources have been SO helpful and I find myself motivated again like I was when I first learned of the software. Hello everyone, I have a realtor with an email list of 800. I'm new to DR and not sure what my approach should be. I have the snapshot from Robb. This will be my first DR. What do I do?

Does anyone have an idea of a good gym offer for a DBR? Or a free week trial thing good enough to attract potential long term members?

Do you guys think that the gym industry is too saturated? It is probably the niche where I have the most familiarity with and where I think it will be easier to reactivate leads compared to other niches and I can't think of any other niches that would be as good. I was originally planning to do home service but I don't know much about that niche.
