Do you know the 'who' you are talking to??
One of the must underused question out there is WHY!
- WHY would someone want your product?
- WHY is their current situation not to their liking?
- WHY would they even consider you as someone to buy from?
Lots of WHYs. And it can be frustrating to hear the word 'why' all the time. But, we are talking about your perfect customer. If you don't know them, how do you talk to them? How do you relate?
Don't get too frustrated and really dig into who your perfect customer is. It will help you a lot!
