Sometimes less is more
Did you know that different platforms reward different things?
While MOST platforms reward good content (meaning the algorithm pushes out content that people watched for long durations and spend more time on), Instagram's algorithm really only does that with reels! In fact, for Instagram, you get punished for posting more than twice a day!
So, in most platforms, the more you post, the more content you can test and the more content you can use to get people to see it, but we suggest only posting on Instagram twice a day.
It's also important to look at the different growth methods. For instance, on Facebook, organic growth and traffic is very hard to do, but well run ad campaigns are often very successful as well as utilizing Facebook reels. Those are the fastest way to grow your page.
When creating reels, you want to make sure that there are no pauses between your sentences. There should be no "dead air" so-to-speak. Content that looks real and raw often performs better than something that looks out of hollywood. Honest reviews are very popular amongst women and advertising in a video format through telling a story is incredibly compelling. Make sure you have a good hook immediately at the start of the video.
