Step 2 - Post Traumatic Growth
Post-Traumatic Growth is the positive psychological change that some individuals experience after a life crisis or traumatic event. Post-traumatic growth doesn't deny deep distress, but rather posits that adversity can unintentionally yield changes in understanding oneself, others, and the world. The goal of this course is to make this journey intentional by providing the necessary psychoeducation, and also a compass and a map to guide you.

The Map of Resilience
The Map of Resilience outlines the psychological landscape of our lives, dealing with loss, grief and trauma. It describes the journey of falling off catastrophe bridge, being swamped by our feelings, sometimes getting caught in the anger and guilt mudflats or the avoidance marshes. Up through the forrest of hope, re-invent ourselves on the rocky paths and see a better future from the Seemore mountains.

Where Am I Stuck?
PTSD is inextricably linked to grief and loss. We have something very bad happen to us, we don't grieve or can't get to process it properly through our system. The grief can get stuck and frozen in our system, and turn into a trauma response. The split off part gathers energy over us and from time to time it can take over our controls and we get possesed by it's amorphis, unexamined chaotic energy. Shadow Work and Shadow Mining enables us to integrate these orphaned parts of ourselves
