Virtual Tour with Video Testimonial Upsell

Hi all! Sharing a tour I did a while back of an Assisted Living facility.

I'd like to put more focus on getting similair clients as the potential for upselling and add-on packages is massive. Live showings, video testimonials, marketing videos. I did a handfull of videos for this client showcasing each department (office staff, chef, medical) as well interview testimonials from current residents. I used info spots to incorporate each video in each room you would find said person.

Let me know what you think and if you have any tips for approaching assisted living facilities.
