Setting up Leadstack Website

I am pretty tech savvy, but I've found the the templates in leadstack and not easy to get set up and have my own website, phone number, email account and automations working. I really though there would be more help in getting this whole thing set up and running so I could quickly get started prospecting for clients.

Is there anyone who has got the whole thing done and set up? I'd love to get some pointers on how to best go about this.
