How this ER Doctor lost 30 lbs
As healthcare professionals often times we give so much to other that we have very little left for ourselves.
So how do we make sure we put ourselves into a position where we are energetic and sharp enough to care for patients.
  1. Fuel - with this Dr. we worked on his nutrition, he was doing what most people do.. eating whatever was convenient, hospital food, fast food, delivery. We corrected that and the fat melted off his body, he needed to consume way less coffee to get through the day and his confidence improved.
2. Training - This doctor already trained like a beast, so we didnt need to tweak much of his routine we just added in a few sessions of zone 2 cardio a week to increase his energy expenditure and fat mobilization.
Small tweaks can go a long way.
