My #1 Goal For My Agency In 2024

My marketing agency is new. As in BRAND new. And, I have ONE BIG goal for my agency this year.

(I have a 90 day goal of securring 50 recurring clients [one person from each state] and clear $350 a month from him from digital marketing.)

I have a 6 month goal of securring 100 clients (two people from each state) and clear $350 a month from him from digital marketing. (That's a simple goal right? 100 clients a month by December 31st 2024).

Once I hit goal #1...I'll have the money to get the needed coaching (Agengy Accelerator) and goal #2 will be MUCH more doable.

I include coaching and consulting with my marketing agency. But honestly, at the end of the day, I simply want a marketing agency where I help dads who own a local service business attract clients that stay, pay, and refer through mindset, strategy and digital marketing.
