So many people are obsessed with deepening their voice, and speaking with a strong clear voice that others respect.
In this guide, I am going to share with you a few exercises that I discovered that helped me develop a deeper and more fluent voice, reducing all stutter in my speech.
TRUST ME, when you try these exercises, you will notice in INSTANT difference in your voice.
The only way you can find out is to do the exercises.
I do not take any credit for these exercises, these were taken from Vinh Giang.
Vinh is an expert when it comes to presenting, talking in front of big crowds, and social skills.
I don't want to waste much time, so let's get straight into it.

EXERCISE 1: LIP FLUTTER (3 sets of 1 breath)
- This is the first exercise of strengthening your voice
- I want you here to do a lip flutter
- If you don't know what that is, you can simply search it from the net
- Do the lip flutter for 1 whole breath, have 5-10 second rest, then do it for 3 sets
EXERCISE 2: LIP FLUTTER IN SPURTS (3 sets of 1 breath)
- This is essentially the same is the lip flutter, but you are doing it in short bursts
- You are doing a really shot lip flutter, stopping, then doing it again
- It's kind of like doing it in small bursts
- Again, do this for 3 sets, of 1 whole breath, with 5-10 seconds rest in between
EXERCISE 3: LIP FLUTTER WITH HUMMING (3 sets of 1 breath)
- This is the exact same as the first exercise, but now you add in a hummm when you are doing a lip flutter
- You should be doing a lip flutter for 1 whole breath, while humming
- Again, do this for 3 sets, of 1 whole breath, with 5-10 seconds rest in between
EXERCISE 4: LIP FLUTTER GOING FROM LOW TO HIGH POTCH (1 set of 1 breath)
- This is the same as the last exercise, but this time, you are humming from a low pitch all the way to high pitch
- Do this for 1 breath
- This is pretty straightforward
EXERCISE 5: LIP FLUTTER YOUR FAVOURITE SONG (1 set as long as possible)
- Do the lip flutter, and humm your favourite song
- Don't be FUCKING Degenerate and humm a degenerate song
- If you don't want to humm a song, then humm your favourite quotesπ
e.g. "Do the hard work, especially when you don't feel like it"

Now, an important note:
- Do not do anything in between exercises
- Transition from 1 exercise to another

πDo this steps if you want to notice the difference of your voice
1. π
Do a voice recording of your voice today - label it with today's recording
2. πͺπ½Do these 5 exercises every single day (minimum: do it once a day - if you want to maximise results, do this 2-3 times per day)
3. ποΈRecord your voice after 1 month of doing these exercises constantly every day, then see the difference
The results will speak for themselves!

This is a different kind of full guide as compared to full guides that I have made in the past.
I hope that at least 1 person implements these tips, and strengthens their voice.
Thank you!
