👋 Welcome + Introduce Yourself
I'm Elise — conversion copywriter of 8+ years and the person who grew this community from 0 to 500 members in 21 days (largely on the back of a really good About page 😏). I built Skool Copy Hub for Skool community owners who know what their community is about… but can't quite explain it clearly enough to get people to actually JOIN. 👇 YOUR NEXT STEPS: 1. Comment below and introduce yourself → What's your community about and who's it for? (Drop a link if you've got one!) 2. Grab the FREE Ultimate Skool About Page Template in our START HERE section → it's the fastest way to write (or fix) a page that actually converts. 3. 🔓 UPGRADE TO PREMIUM → This is where the real growth happens. You'll get: - ✅ The full Skool Growth Blueprint → the 4-part system to grow and monetise your community - ✅ The 5-Day Grow Your Skool Sprint → more members through the door, fast - ✅ Every premium template, training, and prompt in the classroom - ✅ Direct copy reviews + feedback so you know exactly what to fix next If you're serious about turning your About page visitors into paying members, this is the tier that gets you there. 👉 UPGRADE HERE! RULES: Because this is my house and YES, there are a few rules to keep this a beautiful, SAFE space for everyone. - No AI slop. You can use AI to HELP you write stuff. I use AI all the time! That's fine. BUT please make sure it makes SENSE. If it is just clear copy-and-paste AI comments or posts that don't make sense or even have YOU in it, then it'll be removed. We like to have REAL conversations here :) - No pitching to other members in the DMs. You are WELCOME to share about your offers on posts where I invite you to OR if it comes up in conversation in a comment thread, and feels natural and helpful. But if it's just a random hard pitch, it'll be removed. That's not kind or helpful to anyone.

“Join my community” isn’t a growth strategy
If you’re trying to grow your Skool by just telling people to join for the community... It may not be working. Here's why: People don’t usually join communities for the container (never say NEVER, it CAN work) But in MOST cases... they join for a specific RESULT. Instead, give them a reason to join 👇 A free (or paid) resource that solves the first step. To help you create that, I’ve put together this resource: I originally created it inside my other community, Funnel Envy (where I help coaches, course creators, membership owners create simple sales funnels to sell consistently) After I built it, I realised… This is the exact same approach I’d use to grow a Skool. Because whether you’re: → Growing an email list → Growing a free Skool → Or running a freemium model You’re solving the same problem: Getting the *RIGHT* people in — not just MORE people! Inside, I break down: → Why most freebies attract the wrong audience → How to design one that pre-qualifies buyers → A simple 5-step process to lead into your offer If you take away ONE thing, let it be this: Your free Skool isn’t the hook. Your FREE RESOURCE is. If your community feels quiet…or full of people who NEVER upgrade… It may not be a content problem. It might be an ENTRY problem. Check it out here: https://claude.ai/public/artifacts/2f190908-8f9a-4924-9b31-b586d7a4f325 P.S. Attached the vid of me talking through this! While the video specifically talks about freebies > email list, the same concept should apply for a freebie to a Freemium or Free Skool.

Hi, I'm Rebecca, and I just completed Day 1 of the 5-Day Grow Your Skool Sprint — about page, done! ✅ I help adult classical pianists to enjoy practicing because they know what to do and it works inside my community, Piano with Rebecca B. Here's a before and after of my about page 👇 See the live page here 👉 https://www.skool.com/pianowithrebeccab/about What's working? What would you change? @Elise Hodge if you have a chance to take a look that would be FANTASTIC. Thank you in advance to everyone!
