I LOVE this salad

Whatever Bug Is Going Round....
I'm finally back to myself after being so sick for two weeks. Whatever bug has been going round finally got me. This was the first time I have been sick since having my son and let me tell you I thought being a mom was hard at time when I'm well, but trying to still function and care for a baby while sick (he was super sick too) was not fun!! Hope everyone here is well and that with the warm weather finally kicking in we can all stay healthy the rest of the year.

Here's to more of a springy mindset! 💮 Hope everyone is doing well. I seem to be caught in a continuing hibernation phase due to the sickness circulating the NE but looking forward to the sunshine. Supposed to meet up with a friend this week to walk but her daughter has a stomach bug and I am NOT going to risk that...! Stuck on my walking wedge again in the living room but grateful to have it.
